These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PaperEarn – Tech Updates Hub Android application (the “App”), operated by PaperEarn Media (“PaperEarn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Purpose of the App
The App provides access to technology news, tutorials, app reviews, AI-tool information, how-to guides, notifications, and other content published on or linked from paperearn.com. Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on a compatible Android device. You must not:
- use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- interfere with the App, website, servers, security, or other users;
- copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or create derivative versions of the App except where applicable law expressly permits;
- attempt to bypass access controls or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits; or
- misuse PaperEarn names, logos, content, or trademarks.
Content and intellectual property
The App, branding, design, and original PaperEarn content are owned by PaperEarn or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, media, and content remain the property of their respective owners. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use unless a page states otherwise.
Advertising, analytics, and notifications
The App may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob and may use analytics to improve reliability and understand usage. Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, settings, consent choices, and applicable law. The App may ask permission to send notifications through OneSignal and Firebase Cloud Messaging; you can deny or disable notifications in Android settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party services and links
The App depends on third-party services, including Google Play services, Google AdMob, Firebase, OneSignal, WordPress, hosting providers, and external websites. Their separate terms and policies apply when you use their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.
Internet access and device requirements
An active internet connection is required for most features. Your mobile provider may charge data or roaming fees, and you are responsible for those charges. App functionality can vary by device, Android version, network, region, and third-party availability. Keep your device and App reasonably updated and secure.
Comments and user submissions
If a linked feature allows you to submit a comment, message, or other content, you are responsible for that submission. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or private information that you do not have permission to share. We may moderate or remove submissions where permitted.

PaperEarn content is general information and is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or security advice. Verify important information with appropriate primary sources or qualified professionals before acting on it.
Availability and updates
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or content. We do not promise that every feature or article will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. Updates may be required to continue using the App.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PaperEarn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the App, content, advertisements, notifications, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, address misuse, or discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, services, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
