WallCrop Support

Need help with WallCrop? This page provides practical setup and troubleshooting guidance maintained by the JustGuider app team.

Quick checks

  • Update WallCrop from Google Play.
  • Allow access only to the photos you want to edit when Android requests permission.
  • Confirm that your device has enough free storage for the exported image.
  • Try a different source photo if a damaged or unsupported file will not open.

Common WallCrop issues

A photo does not open

Select a locally stored JPG or PNG image and grant the photo access requested by Android. Cloud-only files may need to be downloaded first.

The saved wallpaper looks cropped

Preview the final layout for your screen ratio and leave space around important subjects. Android launchers may apply additional zoom when setting a wallpaper.

The image will not save

Check available storage, review photo permissions, and try saving again. WallCrop should never require access to unrelated files.
